This spacious 3 bedroom house features an open layout kitchen/ dining /living with gas fireplace and sliders to a large deck. Cozy primary bedroom with king bed, deck access and full ensuite. Second bedroom with king bed and second full bathroom in the hall. Third bedroom has a double bed and attached powder room. Perfect yard to enjoy a game of croquet or frisbee so don't forget to bring your outdoor toys, and if you’re lucky some surprise visits from native wildlife. Gordon's Beach is a 5 minute walk. Listen to the sea lions barking and watch them frolicking in the water. Roaming pods of resident killer whales can also be seen offshore, as well as sea otters, beautiful cruise ships and local fishing boats.

$4250 per month all inclusive + $395 cleaning fee
Now until April 30, 2024 (no lease required as you would be a long term guest)
Pets Welcome with approval and $500 pet fee (non-refundable)!
