Seastar Layout First Floor: The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a comfortable living and dining area that opens onto a sprawling 400-square-foot deck with an inviting eight-seat hot tub. Second Floor: The upper level boasts a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private balcony for morning coffee, and a smaller bedroom with two large single beds. Detached Basement Suite: For additional privacy and space, Seastar offers a detached, separate exterior basement suite with one queen-size bed.
